IT support and data analyst
ASL NV is established in 1997 and is part of ASL Group. Together we manage a fleet of around 45 aircraft and 15 different types operating worldwide.

Job details
In this full-time function of IT Support and Data Analyst you will provide technical assistance to our staff, supervise IT subcontractors, manage the IT inventory and leverage data analytics to support critical business decisions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, analytical problem-solving and delivering excellent user support. Being an aviation enthousiast is considered a plus.
Key responsibilities include:
IT Support
- Supervise, monitor and benchmark the outsourced IT functions which provides first and second-level technical support for hardware, software and network issues
- Maintain the hardware and software inventory
- Application management of several software suites and systems
- Assist with IT projects such as system upgrades, network setup and implementation of security policies
- Train staff on new technologies, best practices and security awareness
Data Analysis
- Proactively analyze data with an eye to improve business performance
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards and visualizations for key business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions
- Create reports based on data mining, analysis and visualization
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, statistics, mathematics or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in IT support and/or data analysis roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows environments, networking fundamentals and office productivity software
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI or Qlik Sense
- Team player
- Eye for accuracy and detail
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Stress-resistant and ready to act on last minute modifications
- Flexible
- No 9 to 5 mentality
- Able to live and work in the European Union
