Flight crew - spontaneous application
ASL Group currently only recruits First Officers exclusively through the ASL Academy.
As a result, we are not processing external applications for First Officer positions at this time.
However, experienced Captains—preferably those holding a valid type rating on one of our fleet aircraft—are welcome to submit a spontaneous application. Should your profile align with our operational requirements, we will contact you accordingly.

Experience
Minimum Requirements
- EASA ATPL(A)
- EASA class 1 Medical
- Outstanding flying skills
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Other languages are considered an advantage.
- Living in Belgium or The Netherlands
- A strong commitment to safety and customer service, even under stress
- Willing to travel and to work on irregular hours
- Valid passport (Europe)
